Are there any exemptions for MDRAP’s location requirements?

Question of the Week…
Are there any exemptions for MDRAP’s location requirements?
MDRAP requires their doctors to work in an MMM2-7 and DPA location.
We have recently received written confirmation from MDRAP will consider situations where the DPA status of a practice location has changed after a doctor has commenced meaningful employment negotiations for a practice located within both a DPA and MM2-7, with the intent of participating on the More Doctors for Rural Australia Program.
