How does MDRAP fit into the 3GA and Training Programs?

GP Jobs and Recruitment Assistance Australia | People Medical

The More Doctors for Rural Australia Program (MDRAP) is a 3GA program that fulfills General Practitioners 19AA requirements.

However, MDRAP is not an approved training program for either ACRRM or RACGP Fellowship.

What this means is that your General Practitioners can use MDRAP as a bridging program to fulfill their 19AA requirements whilst waiting for acceptance onto an approved training program such as FSP, AGPT, RVTS or ACRRM Independent Pathway.
