About The Practice & The Team

People Medical Consulting focuses on finding General Practitioner jobs in Australia. Today, we are seeking a General Practitioner to join a Mixed Billing practice in Sunshine Coast North, QLD as a GP has left.

We are looking for someone either full time or part-time to join this team. You will work alongside 2 registered nurses,  one of whom works in the clinic. You will be joining the Practice Principal who has worked in the area for many years and two other equally capable GPs. Its wonderful full-time practice manager and highly experienced nursing and administration staff will also be there to help up you.

The practice has been serving the community for 20 years and it sees a mixed demographic of patients, including a large chronic disease, mental health issues and aged care base, and young families. It has strongly established an excellent reputation and great connection with patients, hence, it has greatly become a popular choice for medical support.  Its allied health services include two psychologists, dietician, exercise, plus onsite pathology. Operating hours are from 8:30am to 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm on Thursday. There is an option to work on  Saturday morning 1 or twice a month  8:30am – 11:30am.

Current General Practitioners are seeing approximately 35 patients per day. Current General Practitioners are billing approximately $2000 a day.
