About The Practice & The Team

People Medical focuses on finding General Practitioner jobs in Australia. Today, we are seeking a General Practitioner to join a Mixed Billing practice in North of Melbourne, VIC as patient waiting times have become too long.

We are looking for someone either part-time or full-time to join this team. You will work alongside 5 General Practitioners with an interest in Family Health, General Medicine and Pre-Employment medicals and 2 nurses to provide support in immunisations, health assessments, chronic disease management plans, spiro, wound dressings, ECG, assisting in procedures and accredited for Paps. You will also have a great administration team to help you.

The practice has been in the community since 1983. The practice is open Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am – 4:00pm. An interest in Dermatology, General Medicine, Procedures and Skin Cancer would be ideal, but certainly not required. Dietetics, Pathology, Physiotherapy and Podiatry are available onsite services. With free parking onsite.

Current General Practitioners are seeing 35 patients per day, with an average daily gross billing of $2,500. Better than this, they have a great practice culture promoted by a very close-knit team and regular staff and clinical meetings.
