About The Practice & The Team

We’re seeking a General Practitioner to join a Mixed Billing practice in Maroochydore QLD.

Seeking a GP as a GP has left, the clinic looking for someone either full time or part time to join them. You’ll work alongside 5 General Practitioners. You’ll be supported by 3 Nurses who provide support in Immunisations, Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management Plans, Spiro, Wound Dressings, ECG, Procedures Assisting, and Ear Syringing.

The practice has been in the community for 18 years and sees a patient demographic that consists of mostly families, the elderly, and tourists . The practice is open Monday through Friday from 8am -5pm and is seeking someone to work within those hours, and is also flexible to consider working at the second practice which is a 45min drive inland (DPA location).

Current General Practitioners are seeing approximately 25-30 patients per day on average.

Better than this, they have a great practice culture promoted by a weekly meeting held every Thursday for the staff & doctors, with team building and communication workshops so everyone is on the same page. Clinical meetings for the doctors only, are held bi-monthly.
