About The Practice & The Team

We’re seeking a General Practitioner to join a private billing practice in Wangaratta, VIC (only 10% BB).

Seeking a GP as a GP has left, there is a full patient base from day one. You’ll work alongside 6 General Practitioners, with interests in skin, palliative care, children, women and men’s health. There are 2 full time nurses who can provide support in Immunisations, Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management Plans, Pap Smears, Spiro, Wound Dressings, ECG, Procedures Assisting and Ear Syringing. Their friendly administration team is also here to help.

The practice has been in the community since 2002 and it has earned a good reputation and respect for the high quality service that it provides. It has onsite pathology and onsite Specialists and Allied Health. Majority of its patients belong to the 35-60 years age group. It is open Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.00pm and 9.00am-12.30pm on Saturdays.

Current General Practitioners are seeing approximately 30 per day and they are earning an average income of $250 000-$350 000 per year.

Better than this, they have a great practice culture promoted by very good education program: Clinical meetings are held once per month and journal club every fortnight. The Practice Principles are dedicated to providing one on one education sessions to new Doctors.
