Changes to AHPRA | Online Submission of Application Forms
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, AHPRA has introduced the ability to submit applications online. AHPRA have specifically requested on their website that applications no longer be submitted in hard copy via post, and that the online portal should be used. If you have already posted an application, don’t worry- they still accept postal applications.
The have advised that application must be
- In colour
- Clear & legible
- Less than 10MB
- A format including
- JPG
- JPEG
- GIF
- PNG
- TIF
- TIFF
The forms online have not yet been updated to provide this information, but applications will be accepted.
Documents that have been identified as requiring certification will still require certifying.
Where do I go?
You can apply here: https://www.ahpra.gov.au/Registration/Online-upload.aspx
Where do I certify my documents
Check out AHPRA’s ‘certifying documents’ page online: https://www.ahpra.gov.au/Registration/Registration-Process/Certifying-Documents.aspx
How do I reduce my documents to under 10MB?
There are programs online that allow you to reduce the size of your documentation. Don’t worry, you can upload multiple files, and each one can be up to 10MB- the whole application doesn’t need to be less than 10MB!
