Can a practice ask a Doctor to repay their recruitment and/or migration costs?

If a practice has sponsored a Doctor in their practice, they are not allowed to request repayment of the recruitment or the migration fees. Legally, the practice must bear all expenses related to recruitment and nomination applications.
