Can I get a role with just the AMC MCQ…?

You need to have passed the AMC MCQ and an English Language Test at a minimum in order to be eligible for Limited Registration through the Standard Pathway. 

Whilst we would suggest also having 3+ years of assessed experience as well, if you are looking at going into the General Practice Pathway, this isn’t a requirement for Limited Registration Postgraduate and Supervised Training.

So in short- yes, you can get a role (either in General Practice or the Hospital System) with only the AMC MCQ.
