What Doctors am I able to recruit to my MM 1 and Non DPA Clinic?

If you are a clinic in a MM1 Non DPA area you will be looking to hire:
- Unrestricted Doctors – Those who have residency in Australia, completed their Fellowship exams, and aren’t restricted by 19AB. Please note that if you’re restricted by 19AB, then you have to complete the 10-year moratorium which is working in a DPA location for 10 years. Read more about it here.
- VR Doctors who have a 19AB exemption – Those who have residency in Australia, completed their Fellowship exams, and are still restricted by 19AB, but have an 19AB exemption. 19AB exemptions allow Doctors to work in a Non-DPA area. Read more about it here.
- Non VR Doctors who are on a visa and have a 19AB exemption – Those who must be on a visa, have not yet completed their Fellowship requirements, and are restricted by 19AB but have an 19AB exemption.
- NZ Doctors – Please note these Doctors have no restrictions if they hold Specialist AHPRA Registration.
